Ported heads, Eagle H-beam rods and a Comp cam with the complements of an LS1 throttle body and Eaton M62 supercharger pump this monster’s horsepower rating in the 425 range at 9lbs of boost. The original all-aluminum GM Ecotec proved not up to the task after spinning a bearing, so a 2.4L Ecotec block was used with a 2.2L crank for a resulting 2.3L custom engine.
